Hi every one, my name is Ali Salim and I’m hungry for all kind of food. I love cooking and I have my own created dishes. Because of my job I used to travel to a lot of countries. Tried their local food, from fish and chips in London local market, to a liver under the church in Frankfurt and chili crab on one of Singapore beaches. But I missed out all the delicious food in my home land- Bahrain. Now my mission is to discover all kind of cuisine in my kingdom and share experiments and opinion with all of you. The evaluation will be from 1 to 10 on atmosphere, service, toilet and food.

Bahrain, being a small island, was never in our radar for travelling though we have friends there. But all these restaurant reviews is making my mouth water, not to mention that they’re short and to the point. Thanks for giving me ideas on how to write about food trips!

It is a bit warm here for sure 🙂 Luckily, I will be in the cool of the air-conditioner while here working! Not much time yet to explore, and the heat makes it a bit difficult to “walk about” outdoors. But an excellent time to catch up on my blog reading and comments. Take care!
