Ali’s itsy bitsy bites (Home made burger)

from yesterday I was craving for a burger and thinking which kind of a burger I like to eat. So today I decided to to make my own Burger. I ask my mother if she like to join me to the supermarket.

    Dear Ali: I love the pictures of your “Burger.” I was wondering about how you make them. Here is how I make mine in case you are interested: (1) Buy meat which is run through the grinder only once. (Larger fat particles make jucier more flavorful burgers) — (2) Add 8 tbspns club soda to meat before patting it out — (3) Use electric mixer to stir the meat if you add anything because handling it too much makes the finished sandwiches tougher … (4) weight patties out to 4, 5 or 6 ounces each … (5) Shape with hamburger press rather than by hand — (Handle the meat as little as possible) — (Grill with hamburger iron on top to keep burgers from mounding up when cooking (Or depress the center with your thumb before grilling) — (6) Cook 7 minutes on first side, turn over and cook additional 5 to 7 minutes on the other side and never ever press the meat with a spatula while it cooks because you lose juices if you do that.
